Jaime and Talia

I met Jaime and Talia at the Ukiah Wedding faire when Talia was drawn to one of my more natural "wild" pieces that included artichokes and delphiniums. This was the route she was going with for their intimate woodland wedding at Leonard Lake.
After going through a few ideas together, including boxes, vintage bottles and milk glass, she decided pedestal style arrangements in milk glass was her favorite. Their colors were blue, white and yellow with a vintage twist. Talia loved greenery, lots of ferns, and touches of soft whites and dashes of yellow for the flowers. The results were heavenly.

Aren't they perfect?

Talia decided to wear a floral head wreath in place of a veil, it was lovely, silk ribbon accents and all.

Jaime's boutonniere was a handsome combination of fern, wax flowers and craspedia. it was wrapped in jute twin and a touch of white velvet ribbon. Don't you love his tie?

Talia wanted her bouquet to be wild, in the "just picked from the woods" kind of way. I used multiple ferns in her bouquet, including foxtail ferns (fabulous!) and smaller white and yellow flowers that gave it the natural woodland feel she was looking for.

A side view of one of the spray arrangements done in the vintage milk glass. Loving the banquet table set up, it adds such an intimate atmosphere.

I loved every moment of planning and designing the flowers for this lovely couple.
Thank You Jaime and Talia for sharing a little bit of your special day with us!
