Jen & Eamon

I met Jen and Eamon at a wedding faire in January of this year, and they were looking for simple floral touches for their wedding party. They chose to have an intimate garden wedding at the grooms parents house, the spot was perfect for an August wedding with a green carpet of grass and Eucalyptus shading the ceremony and reception areas. Jen wanted a mainly green bouquet to go along with the variety of greens they had chose as the colors. She loved the idea of having a lot of texture in her bouquet, it was a wonderful piece to get to design for her.

Jen's bouquet consisted of lime Button Mums, white Mini Callas, white Tulips, white and yellow Freesia, Tuberose, Equisetum, Hosta and Ti leaves, and touches of Scabiosa pods and white Veronica. The stems were to be wrapped in lace from her mothers dress, so I suggested an underwrapping of gold satin ribbon with gold pearl pins to enhance the lace and accent her gold jewelry. Love!

Jen's mother requested a type of decoration for the reserved family seats, the result was simple bunches of Boxwood greenery with white and green satin ribbons.

The bridesmaids bouquets were sweet arrangements of white Mini Callas and Tulips and wrapped in white satin ribbon. The boutonnieres were a matching white Mini Calla, while the Eamon's boutonniere had the addition of a Scabiosa pod, Freesia blooms and a touch of gold satin ribbon to coordinate with Jen's bouquet.

Best of wishes to both of you, Jen and Eamon!
